Jana Kramer, an actor and singer-songwriter who is a specialist in country pop music and songwriting gained prominence on television after she was cast as Alex in the last three seasons on One Tree Hill. The first three albums she released as a singer-songwriter were featured on episodes of the show that helped her 2012 eponymous debut album in the top 20 on the Billboard 200.
